Sites You May See On A Private Tour Of Road To Hana

Ho'okipa Lookout

The Ho'okipa lookout is a lookout over the edge of a cliff, directly along the coast. Looking down over the water and beach below can be really breathtaking. Twin Falls

There are two waterfalls located in the valley in the middle of Maui. Known as the Twin Falls, these waterfalls bring water to a lot of the lower farmland, where crops are grown. Honomanu Bay

This bay has a rocky beach that's not the best for walking or sunbathing. However, it is well worth a stop if you're touring the Road to Hana. Being able to look out across the bay to the land on the other side is pretty amazing. The rocky terrain, dotted with palm trees, is quite typical of Maui.

Wailua Overlook

This overlook gives you a stunning view of the nearby town of Wailua, and also of the Ko'olau Gap, which is a noted gap between two mountains. Many tour groups stop and have a picnic lunch at this location, as it is about halfway down the Road to Hana and has a nice turnaround where you can rest.

Upper Waikani Falls

Also known as Three Bears, this waterfall is one of the more magnificent ones on the island. The water comes down in several streams, dodging over large rocks on its way. There's a path you can walk to the base of the waterfall if you're feeling confident.
